About the Role

As Digitalis Global continues to scale across international markets, we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and accelerate our organic growth strategy. This role will be responsible for increasing search visibility and qualified traffic across our global and Australia-focused client portfolio. You will own the end-to-end SEO strategy covering on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO—while working closely with content, marketing, and development teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in highly competitive industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine SEO strategies to drive qualified organic traffic across multiple regions and markets
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, opportunity discovery, and expansion to target high-intent and high-value search terms
  • Lead backlink acquisition and outreach initiatives using platforms such as RhinoRank, Ocere, Zentury, and similar tools
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse, and white-hat backlink profile aligned with long-term growth goals
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all campaigns and content assets
  • Conduct regular SEO and content audits, optimizing existing pages for improved rankings, engagement, and conversions
